CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment—your choice. If you cancel within 24 hours but reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited. No-call, no-show appointments will result in the deposit being forfeited. Clients with more than two no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments.
